If you’re wanting to grow your Church, you are probably using a lot of different methods. However, we’re developing a simple system to grow Churches using technology.
We’ve simplified the tech into 4 main tool categories:
A hub is “the central part of a wheel, rotating on or with the axle, and from which the spokes radiate” or “the effective centre of an activity, region, or network,” both definitions coming from the Oxford Dictionary.
Technically, your Church’s hub is the building, where most of your activities happen, but technologically speaking, the hub is your Church’s website, which is where all the online focus is for your Church.
Your Church’s ChMS (or Church Management System) is the automation tool for your Church. With it, you should be able to run your Church with ease (almost like having another employee or two for your Church).
Traffic comes from social media and advertising. For Churches, there is a way to get some free monthly advertising credit ($10,000 per month, believe it or not) for your Church if it qualifies (which shouldn’t be an issue, probably).
Trust is important because people want to see great reviews about a place (including a Church) before going there. The trust tool is testimonials and reviews.
Once you have these four tools down, you’ll be on your way to growing your Church (and without having to hire an extra employee).
We’re hosting a bootcamp to help Churches implement this. We can only help 5 Pastors a month to make it as close to one-on-one help as possible. Join our waitlist here, or if you know you need help implementing it, you can hire us to help you.
