Your Church website is often the first place people encounter your ministry. Learn how to structure your site so visitors quickly understand who you are, what you believe, and how they can visit. We also cover simple ways to improve clarity, accessibility, and search visibility so people in your community can actually find your Church online.
Church Management System – The Automation
Ministry is about people, but administrative tasks can easily consume valuable time. Explore how Church Management Systems can help Pastors follow up with guests, organize communication, and care for members more effectively. The goal is not more technology, but better stewardship of time.
Traffic – Social Media & Ads
Many people in your community will first encounter your Church through social media. This session focuses on practical ways to share your message online without becoming overwhelmed — using social media, search engines, and digital advertising to reach people who may never walk through the doors otherwise.
Trust – Reviews & Testimonies
People often decide whether to visit a Church based on what others say about it. Learn how Churches can encourage testimonies, gather reviews, and highlight the ways God is working in their congregation — helping others take their first step toward visiting.
Church Growth Frameworks
On the final day, everything comes together into simple frameworks that help Pastors lead outreach with clarity. Move from Confusion → Clarity, Reaction → Intentional outreach, and Scattered effort → Sustainable systems.
Serving the Community
While the mornings focus on equipping leaders, the afternoons focus on ministry.
Participants will join local outreach efforts in the community around Târgu Mureș. These activities may include service projects, community engagement initiatives, and opportunities to encourage local families.
This combination of learning and serving helps ensure that what is taught in the morning is immediately connected to real ministry.
